Product Description

Our air fryer paper liner is made from 100% virgin wood pulp. They are grease-proof, water-proof, non-stick, anti-scorch. Our air fryer paper liner with plant silicone oil has a very high density and it is high temperature resistant up to 230 ºC(450 ºF). Both sides of our air fryer paper can be used because they are silicone coated both sides. There are two colors of air fryer liner - white colors and natural colors. We have two shapes of air fryer liner - round and square. For round one, we can produce 160mm*45mm, 200mm*45mm etc. For square one, we can produce 160mm*45mm, 200mm*45mm etc. Besides, sizes of our air fryer liner are customized. What's more, OEM and ODM is available.

Characteristics of Air Fryer Paper

Air fryer paper is a cooking aid specifically designed for air fryers and has the following characteristics:
High temperature resistance: The internal temperature of an air fryer is relatively high during operation, usually reaching 100 °C to 200 °C or even higher. Air fryer paper can withstand such high temperatures without melting or burning during cooking, ensuring safe use. For example, when using an air fryer to make grilled chicken wings, even if the temperature is set at 180 °C, the air fryer paper remains stable.

Non-stick surface: Its surface has special coatings or material properties that effectively prevent food from sticking to the fryer’s inner pot or food basket during cooking. For instance, when making egg tarts, the use of air fryer paper prevents the tart bottoms from sticking to the container, making them easy to remove and helping maintain their complete shape.

Oil absorption: Air fryer paper can absorb the oil and fat released during cooking, resulting in fresher-tasting food and reduced greasiness. For example, when frying French fries, air fryer paper absorbs excess surface oil, making the fries crisper and aligning with modern preferences for a healthier diet.

Convenient cleaning: After use, food residue and oil remain on the air fryer paper rather than sticking to the inside of the fryer. This greatly reduces the difficulty of cleaning. Simply remove and discard the used paper, then wipe the fryer lightly, saving time and effort.

Breathability: Air fryer paper has good breathability, allowing hot air to circulate more effectively within the fryer. This results in more evenly cooked food and better overall cooking performance. For instance, when baking bread, air fryer paper helps achieve a uniform golden color on the surface while ensuring the inside is fully cooked.
