Research progress of baking paper

The production of baking paper in our country is divided into two stages: raw paper and post-processing. Special paper mills provide raw paper, and post-processing enterprises apply stripping agents to give the paper peelability, which undoubtedly increases production costs. At present, the production of baking paper abroad is mostly done by the same manufacturer. If water-based silicone stripping agents are used, they can be coated online, greatly reducing production costs. Moreover, currently, the organic silicon stripping agents applied by domestic baking paper post-processing enterprises are mainly solvent based and solvent-free, with little use and research on water-based organic silicon. Solvent based organic silicon cannot meet food safety requirements, and solvent-free organic silicon cannot be applied online. This production situation also hinders the development of domestic baking paper.
