Sol requirements: The surface properties of the water-soluble sol should be smooth, not easily hardened, shrunk, or cracked, otherwise it will affect the transfer effect of the flower paper.

Diverse materials: Long fiber paper ranging from 37 grams to 60 grams is divided into long fiber paper and short fiber paper. Short fiber paper has slightly weaker strength, is prone to breakage during processing, and uneven fiber distribution can easily cause white stains.
Processing technology: The finished product is printed by offset printing or screen printing, and the bonding agent in the ink is baked and evaporated in an oven at 70-100 degrees. Then, melamine formaldehyde resin is brushed onto the flower paper, dried, and finally fused with melamine tableware on a molding machine.
Problem solving: 37 grams of melamine flower paper developed for melamine cups has solved the problem of foaming on the cup wall; The 60g cover paper with colored stickers solves the problem of color transmission in ordinary melamine paper.
