OEM: The customer provides brand, packaging, and specification requirements, and the factory is responsible for producing the product;
一, Customization of substrate and performance formula
1. Bottom paper weight selection: 35/40/45/50/60gsm native pulp bottom paper
2. Single sided silicon coating/double-sided silicon coating
3. Special formula: PFAS free fluorine free formula, compostable/biodegradable substrate
4. Temperature resistance requirements: Conventional 220-230 ℃, adjust stability as needed
5. Color customization: White original color, cowhide original color (natural brown baking paper), a few can be done in color (only feasible with high demand)
二, Customization of Size and Form
1. Roll type: Large industrial mother roll (used in commercial baking factories): customized width, inner diameter (76mm paper tube is most commonly used), length per roll
Household retail small roll: width x length (e.g. 30cm x 10m, 30cm x 20m), paper tube color, paper tube printing
2. Flat sheet type: Cut flat sheet: rectangular, square, such as 400 × 600mm baking tray paper
Die cut molded sheets: air fryer round/square padding paper, cake round bottom paper, egg tart mold bottom paper, can be made with perforated versions (air fryer perforated breathable version)

1. Paper surface printing (baking paper body printing)
-Monochrome/multi-color logos, patterns, and prompt text (note: food contact surfaces cannot be printed, only the back/non-contact surface can be printed)
-Warning text: English safety slogans such as' DO NOT USE Directive FLAME 'and' MAX 230 ℃ '
2. Paper tube printing: A small roll of baking paper is used to print the customer's brand logo, website, and product information on the paper tube

2. Inner bag packaging: PE bag/OPP bag, self sealing bag, can print customer logo; Single roll independent packaging
3. Outer box (export shipping carton)
-Customized shipping marks: customer logo, PO number, product name, gross and net weight, box specifications
-Outer box printing: customer brand, or blank box
4. Combination set OEM: Baking paper+oil paper knife set, multi roll combination gift box set (matched as needed)
5, Customization of labels and instructions
-Adhesive label: sticker box/outer box, multiple languages (English, German, French, Spanish, etc.)
-Product manual/warning card, placed in the color box with the product, in compliance with European and American consumer product labeling regulations
六, Compliance and Document OEM
1. Issue batch testing reports according to the customer's brand name: FDA, LFGB, EU10/2011, BRCGS, etc
2. MSDS, FSC certificate, EUDR related documents, customer information can be included in the data (according to the rules)
